I’d recommend avoiding bank holidays unless you don’t mind crowds. Winter months can actually be perfect for visiting since you’ll find fewer tourists and more opportunities to really explore everything without feeling rushed. Plus, the indoor facility means weather isn’t an issue.

How to Get There

Getting to Mercedes-Benz World is pretty straightforward. If you’re driving (which seems appropriate, right?), you’ll find it right next to the historic Brooklands circuit. The facility has plenty of free parking – and yes, there are designated spots for both standard vehicles and those with accessibility needs.

Coming by public transport? The nearest train station is Weybridge, and from there you can grab a quick taxi ride or take a local bus. Don’t forget to check their website for special events – they often have themed exhibitions or classic car meetups that aren’t advertised widely. And if you’re serious about test driving, bring your license and proof of insurance. Trust me, there’s nothing worse than getting there and realizing you can’t take that gorgeous AMG for a spin!

The café can get pretty packed around lunchtime, so either plan for an early lunch or late one. Their coffee is surprisingly good though – definitely worth grabbing a cup while you explore. And yeah, the gift shop might seem a bit pricey, but they’ve got some exclusive stuff you won’t find anywhere else.
