I stumbled across Ramla Market last year and it blew me away! That hidden hummus place near the eastern entrance was absolutely worth the wait – I still dream about it lol. Did anyone else notice how the spice vendors will let you sample practically anything if you show genuine interest? I spent like an hour just smelling different za’atar blends before deciding! I’m heading back to Israel next month and definitely making another trip here. Has anyone visited during one of those Tuesday/Thursday markets when extra vendors show up? Wondering if it’s worth planning around. Also curious if that old guy who sells those amazing hand-carved olive wood kitchen utensils is still there? His stuff was pricey but I regret not buying more!
