Phu Faek Forest Park offers visitors a rare glimpse into Earth’s distant past, where the footsteps of ancient giants are etched in stone. This remarkable site in Thailand’s Kalasin Province boasts a collection of dinosaur footprints preserved in sandstone, discovered quite by chance in 1996 by tourists enjoying a leisurely lunch.

The park’s main attraction is undoubtedly these fossilized tracks, believed to belong to carnivorous dinosaurs that roamed the area during the Early Cretaceous period. As you stand before these ancient imprints, you can’t help but feel a profound connection to the prehistoric world, imagining the colossal creatures that once walked where you now stand.

Beyond its paleontological significance, Phu Faek Forest Park is a haven for nature enthusiasts.
