## Location and address details

Across multiple public listings, the resort’s address appears consistently as:

– Km. 31, North National Highway, Barangay Sabang, Danao City, Cebu, Philippines (6004)

If you’re mapping it, some platforms also associate it with Central Nautical Highway in Danao (which may reflect a road naming variation rather than a different place).

## Amenities that are explicitly mentioned on major listings

Several travel-booking and review pages explicitly mention:

– Outdoor pool
– Waterslide (as part of the pool features)
– Water park (noted as surcharge on at least one listing)
– Free self-parking
– 24-hour front desk
– Conference space / facilities

These are the items I can treat as “confirmed” in the sense that reputable third-party listings state them directly.

## The water-park situation: likely the #1 “verify before you go”

Your dataset note says: “The only thing they do not have [is] the water park anymore.” That’s plausible, because public internet info on this resort includes older references to a water park, including a dedicated “Water Park” photo page on Tripadvisor.

At the same time, the resort’s official Facebook presence still markets “make a splash” style messaging and family-oriented pool fun, but that doesn’t conclusively prove a full water-park area is operating today.

Outdated-data flag: Many photos and older writeups can stay online for years even if facilities change. Treat “water park” claims as time-sensitive and confirm directly with the property before booking (especially if that feature is the reason you’re going).

—

## What the on-site experience is typically positioned as (based on listings)

On major booking platforms, the resort is positioned as a beachfront stay with water-focused recreation (pool + slide; sometimes described with kayaking).

Tripadvisor listings also frame it as a convenient, relaxed base with standard hotel services and on-site basics (pool, breakfast mentioned by reviewers/listing copy).

## Nearby context mentioned in public descriptions

At least one directory-style listing notes that Balay Sa Danao is about 1.1 miles away (walkable distance claimed in that source).

(I’m not adding additional “nearby attraction” claims beyond what’s explicitly stated in sources.)

—

## Inclusivity and accessibility note

Public listings I found in this pass don’t reliably detail step-free access, accessible rooms, or mobility features. Because that’s an inclusivity-relevant detail (and frequently missing or inaccurate on third-party pages), it’s best treated as unknown unless the property confirms it in writing.
