Description

One of the things that really stands out about Cheeky Monkeys is how inclusive it feels. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought here. There’s a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking, which makes it easier for families who might otherwise struggle to find kid-friendly spots that welcome everyone. Plus, the gender-neutral restroom is a small but important detail that shows the place is thinking about all families, which you don’t always find in playgrounds.

And let’s talk about the birthday parties—because, honestly, if you’ve ever organized one, you know it can be a bit of a circus. Cheeky Monkeys offers dedicated party services that take a lot of the stress off your plate. They handle the setup, the entertainment, and the cleanup, so you’re not stuck chasing after hyper kids while trying to keep everything under control. It’s a real lifesaver, especially if you’ve got a bunch of little ones to entertain.

It’s also worth mentioning that this place accepts a bunch of payment options—credit cards, debit cards, even NFC mobile payments—so you’re not fumbling around with cash or wondering if they’ll take your card. I’ve been to places where the payment system was a bit of a hassle, so this was a nice surprise.

Now, no place is perfect, right? There have been a few grumbles here and there—mostly about busy times or occasional glitches with staffing—but those seem like pretty minor hiccups in an otherwise well-loved spot. The vast majority of visitors come away happy, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about making the experience enjoyable for both kids and parents.

In all, Cheeky Monkeys Playcentre feels like a spot where kids can just be kids—climbing, sliding, exploring—while parents get a little break and a chance to watch the fun unfold without worrying about safety or logistics. If you’ve got little ones in tow and you want to keep them entertained indoors, this place deserves a solid look.
